The Medtronic MiniMed Sof-set® is the first infusion set used to replace the metal needle with a soft flexible cannula, Sof-set® represents the maturation of insulin pump therapy and the company’s ability to prioritize customer comfort.
- Quick Release (QR) allows fast and simple disconnection from your pump.
- Soft tapered cannula and optional Sof-serter® auto-insertion device.
- Connector leaves a 4" tail which allows easy reconnection or to temporarily disconnect for swimming, showering or intimate moments.
- Great for people with dexterity or vision problems.
- A special adhesive dressing inhibits bacterial growth.
- Polyfin tubing is used for more compatible drug delivery.
- Two types of transparent tape are included in each package.
